Project Description:
This project provides improvements for SR 543 in Whatcom County, MP 0.20 to MP 1.09, I-5 to International Boundary Widening & Border X-ing Improvements by paving with Portland cement concrete and paving with hot mix asphalt. Creating two flat slabs bridges, retaining and noise walls, roadside restoration, erosion control and seeding. Also grading, drainage, surfacing, curb and gutter, sidewalk, pavement marking, permanent signing, illumination and installing traffic signals.
