Project Description:
The work includes:
- Remove and dispose of or recycle existing timber piers- approx. 1,379 SF
- Remove and dispose of or recycle approx. 85 existing creosote-treated timber pilings.
- Remove and dispose of or recycle approx. 193 LF vertical timber lagging and timber wale members of the bulkhead.
- Install two new piers consisting of 24 new steel pilings, grated decking, steel stringers, steel bullrail, utilities and mooring cleats.
- Install approx. 193 LF of sheet pile wall including a 30" wide concrete pile cap.
- Install new four pile mooring dolphin.
- Install shore pedestals, water, sewer, power and storm utilities.
The project is planned for completion during the spring of 2009.
