Project Description:

All work on this project was performed on an extremely tight ΒΌ acre site. The entire project was completed in 4 months to meet the tight inwater work windows and to minimize disruption to actively operating Seattle Community College Maritime Academy, which shared the work site. The project team maintained an excellent relationship with the owner and architect. IMCO self-performed over 85% of this project including all upland and marine utilities, earthwork, demolition, pile driving, and pier construction.
