Project Description:
This contract provides for the improvement of SR 20 in Skagit County, MP 55.05 to MP 59.85, Fredonia to I-5 Widening, Stage 2 and Nevitt Road in the City of Burlington by clearing and grubbing, roadway excavation including haul, removing guardrail, pond excavation, embankment compaction, surfacing, bridges, temporary and permanent signals, storm sewer, sanitary sewer and water main systems, utility relocation, paving with HMA ½ inch, erosion control, pavement markings, permanent signing, traffic control, landscaping and all other work in accordance with the Contract plans, Provisions and Standard Specifications.
