Project Description:
- Replacement of approx. 425 LF of creosote treated timber bulkhead with 425 LF of steel sheet pile with anchor rods.
- Replacement of the bulkhead extends from the existing tidal grid.
- Removal of a creosote treated timber tidal grid.
- Improvements to the waterfront promenade will include modifications to the sidewalk, landscaping, and hardscape.
- Reconfiguration of parking areas at the north end of the marina, including re-striping existing pavement and modifying landscaped islands.
- Relocation of the travel lift pier.
- Demolition of the timber public sling launch pier and removal of support floats.
