Project Description:
Removal of wood piling, excavation of fill and establishing a new rock revetment along what is historically known as Railroad Ave. (First Ave.) between Commercial and "O" Ave. The project also involves street, utility and landscape improvements that improve public access to the shoreline and improve traffic and utility service to several Port of Anacortes warehouses.
