Project Description:
Cell #3 Re-Construction:
- Removal and disposal of the existing 40 mil HDPE geo-membrane liner
- Earthwork and grading of lagoon bottom and interior dike slopes
- Removal and replacement of unsuitable soils
- Installation of a white 60 mil HDPE conductive geo-membrane liner and ballast
Cell #1 Repair:
- Installation of ballast
- Repair of defects within the existing geo-membrane liner
- Removal and disposal of the existing 40 mil HDPE geo-membrane liner at limited locations along the interior dike slopes and bottom
- Installation of perforated drain piping and drainage collection manhole
- Installation of a white 60 mil HDPE conductive geo-membrane
