Project Description:

The purpose of this project is to allow the Terminal 10 be operated as a cargo terminal, supporting activities as marine related cargo container handling and marshalling; outdoor storage of empty containers and truck chassis; and transshipment of bulk materials. Work in general consists of site demolition and earthwork, conveyance and treatment system with a new 30-inch diameter outfall/headwall structure; asphalt paving/overlay; striping and pavement marking; and installation of security fencing/gates and site lighting. Construction is scheduled to start in early spring with completion in 2013.
