Lead Estimator

Staus: Exempt

Reports To: Project Manager

IMCO General Construction is looking for a Lead Estimator to work out of our corporate office in Bellingham, WA, we specialize in heavy general construction including road work, water and wastewater treatment plants, and sitework.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Identify projects to bid
Hold weekly estimating meetings
Attend Pre-bid meetings
Perform takeoffs and prepare bid estimates
Secure pricing from subcontractors and suppliers
Review cost estimates with management team prior to bid date
Assist project team with project start up

Qualifications:

BS in Construction Management or related field
15+ years construction management experience
Proven knowledge of estimating and project management
Computer literate including Word, Excel, Primavera, HCSS, and Viewpoint
