Kettle Falls Wastewater Treatment Plant

Project Summary

The project was located in the northeast corner of Washington state, about two hours north of Spokane, and included construction retrofit and expansion at the City of Kettle Falls' wastewater treatment facility.

The major project elements on the project included earthwork, pavement, influent pump station, headworks building, concrete process basins, blower and sludge pump building clarifiers, infiltration basins, sludge storage lagoon, site piping, site electrical power and control, and standby generator. The work was completed on the site of an existing treatment lagoon and was located in a remote area of northeastern Washington. Advanced material and equipment procurement were critical.
